If the user taps the SKIP button when they are backing up their wallet, the backup process IS NOT COMPLETE. THE Wallet will not be completely backed up and will remain at yellow and NOT LOCKED.
If Touch Id is turned on, the user will have to login (user fingerprint login) BEFORE the seed phrase is displayed. If the user cancels instead of presenting their fingerprint, they will get the warning message “you have denied access to your wallet” and be unable to proceed.
