iOS. Backing up a Wallet requires that the Seed Phrase be locked down

If the user taps the SKIP button when they are backing up their wallet, the backup process IS NOT COMPLETE. THE Wallet will not be completely backed up and will remain at yellow and NOT LOCKED.
