- Check that the iOS version on the device is the latest
- Check that there is enough room on the device
- Check that the device’s Region & Language is set to somewhere in Australia or New Zealand and in English (App is only available in Australia & New Zealand. Read our Whitepaper to see when we will be launching in your Country)
- Settings > General > Language & Region…
- Log out and then log back into the App Store
- Try to download Qoin Wallet again from the App Store
Android
- Check that the ANDROID version on the device is the latest
- Check that there is enough room on the device
- Check that the device’s Region & Language is set to somewhere in Australia or New Zealand and in English(App is only available in Australia & New Zealand. Read our Whitepaper to see when we will be launching in your Country)
- Log out and then log back into the App Store
- Try to download Qoin Wallet again from the App Store
